Italy: Milan v. Atalanta

Rome – Italy’s Serie A leaders Milan and Atalante meet on Saturday at the Stadio Olimpico, in what could be a pivotal game in the championship race.

After the 2-2 draw at home to Sampdoria on Tuesday, the Nerazzurri will try to keep their hopes alive against the reigning Champions League winners in a battle of the champions.

Milan, the leaders at the top of Serie A, have just one win in their last four matches, while Atalantes are unbeaten in the league, but they have also lost their last five matches.

Atalanta are on a run of seven games unbeaten and they have scored five goals in that time.

They beat Inter Milan 2-0 in the Copa del Rey on Wednesday.

The Nerazzurs, meanwhile, are on the back of a 3-1 win over Sassuolo on Wednesday, while they were 3-0 down against Juventus on Tuesday.

In the end, both sides will be hoping to bounce back after their respective defeats to Sassuoli and Juventus, but this will be a game to remember for both sides.
